EatingOut InHome©2024
The prime objective of EatingOut InHome
is acquisition of meals and dishes that are produced at commercial standards to be enjoyed InHome.
This is accomplished in the following ways:
- Utilization of commercial food service operations and forms of restaurants. Using take away service and or food delivery services.
- InHome Production of convenience foods (packaged dishes that require simple cookery) and pre-made foods and dishes (as in frozen foods) to semi home made and pre-made dishes.
- ALL InHome Production utilizing proper food safety and sanitation practices. Which results in foods and dishes that are at commercial standards for food safety, sanitation and food quality.
EatingOut InHome covers all these ways.
Food Safety and Sanitation practices for Personal Daily Living
All forms of food service operations and all forms of restaurants must operate with the prime objective of producing palatable food safe for human consumption.
In the USA tens of thousands of people report contracting foodborne illnesses. Thousands are hospitalized from food consumed from commercial food service operations and restaurants. Thousands die from foodborne illnesses.
CDC (Center of Disease Control) reports
Every year, an estimated 1 in 6 Americans (or 48 million people) get sick, 128,000 are hospitalized, and 3,000 die from foodborne diseases.
Due to these facts all Culinary and Hospitality professionals must be properly trained in order to work with and around food. The training is specifically focused on proper food handling and respective safety practices.
EatingOut InHome is dedicated to promotion of such practices for implementation into one's daily living. It is where you will find ongoing training course information to educate one's self on food safety and sanitation practices.
Feeding OneSelf and Food Safety
Attention. If you are not engaged in all of the following, you are at risk for foodborne illnesses.

32°F. /0°C and colder for freezers
All foods are stored in food safe containers.
All foods in containers are labeled with input date and expiration date. As well as container is labeled for actual contents.
When cooking meats all meats are cooked to proper temperature for safe consumption. This is accomplished by using a food thermometer (with either a mechanical or digital thermometer).
See EatingOutReno.com Food Safety & Sanitation page for list of cooking temperatures for the different meats. FOOD SAFETY & SANITATION Click
All the above are food safety and sanitation practices that everyone should have implemented into their daily living to lower the risk of foodborne illnesses.
When one consumes foods and dishes prepared without food safety and sanitation practices one is at risk of contracting foodborne illnesses.
Every home kitchen that handles, holds foods and produces dishes without food sanitation and safety practices is in fact making foods and dishes that are at higher risk for foodborne illness.
